Job Description:
Responsible for generating leads, promoting BMS products and solutions, and closing sales.
Engage with clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable automation solutions.
Maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and meet sales targets.
Key Requirements:
0–2 years of sales experience (BMS/Automation preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field), BSc or MBA or any discipline with sales aptitude
0–2 years of sales experience (freshers welcome; BMS / Building Automation knowledge an advantage)
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain to customers
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Building Automation / BMS concepts (preferred) Negotiation and persuasion skills Presentation and product demonstration ability Lead generation and relationship-building skills Time management and organizational skills Basic MS Office (Outlook Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
