Description:

Prepare BMS system designs, layouts, and BOQs based on project requirements. Develop cost estimates, select appropriate products, and prepare technical proposals. Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
0–2 years of experience in design or estimation (BMS / Building Automation preferred)
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, control devices, and automation concepts
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
